Isaac Tutumlu López is a Kurdish-Spanish GT racing driver from Barcelona, and for years the face of Kurdistan Racing — a team that raced as the Barzani Racing Team before taking the Kurdistan name. Funding was always the fight, and it was the one he lost: after a crash at Magny-Cours in August 2025 wrecked the car while he led the Bronze Cup, he announced on 9 October 2025 that the team had come to an end. "Lack of consistent support has always been our biggest challenge," he wrote, "and sadly, it's now the reason we have to close the team." Qehreman will keep watching, and return him to the schedule if he races again.
